为了促进中国与东盟各国在民族文化研究领域的交流和合作，在中国-东盟博览会秘书处支持下，广西社会科学界联合会、广西国际文化交流中心和广西民族大学拟于2016年4月8-11日（中国农历“三月三”）在中国广西南宁举办首届中国-东盟民族文化论坛。论坛将向地区及全世界学者提供分享关于中国与东盟民族文化的知识和观点的好机会，加强学者间超越国界的学术联系。具体事宜如下：
一、会议主题
民族文化多样性与“一带一路”建设。
二、会议议题
（一）中国-东盟民族历史、文化与民族问题；
（二）“海上丝绸之路”沿线文化遗产保护与开发；
（三）民族文化多样性与中国-东盟“互联互通”建设。
三、征集论文时间
（一）提交论文提纲截止时间：2016年2月20日；
（二）提交正式论文截止时间：2016年3月15日。
四、会议地点
广西南宁。
五、会议语言
（一）撰写论文用汉语、英语；
（二）会议发言用汉语、英语、东南亚国家语言。
六、参会程序
（一）有意向参会的学者请填写《提交论文回执》，于2016年2月10日前发回会务组；于2016年2月20日前将参会论文提纲（英文或中文）发到会务组。
（二）会议主办方根据回执和论文提纲选出适合参加本论坛的学者名单，然后发出正式会议邀请函。
七、费用
（一）国外学者在会议期间的往返交通、食宿费用全部由会议主办方承担；
（二）国内学者在会议期间的餐费由会议主办方承担。

Under the auspice of China-ASEAN Expo Secretariat,
this Forum organized by Guangxi Federation of Social Sciences, Guangxi
International Cultural Exchange Center and Guangxi University for Nationalities
will advance the exchanges and collaboration between China and ASEAN in ethnic
culture studies and provide scholars and researchers in the region and the
world with a good opportunity to share knowledge, experiences and viewpoints on
the ethnic cultures in China and ASEAN and promote academic ties among the
scholars beyond the borders.

Scholars fill the Registration Form and send it back to the Organizing
Committee by Feb. 10, 2016 and send the abstract (Chinese or English) to the
Organizing Committee by Feb. 20, 2016.
The Organizing Committee selects scholars appropriate for this Forum in
accordance with their Registration Form and abstract and sends them the formal
invitation accordingly.
Financial Support
Oversea speakers and invitees
will be provided free meals, accommodations and international transportation
during the Forum.
Domestic speakers and invitees
will be provided free meals and accommodations during the Forum.
